Client: Blade Roofing
Location: Yorkshire Water, Sheffield
Scope of Works:
Erected a three-lift independent scaffold at an active industrial water treatment site to provide safe gutter and roof access for refurbishment works.
Challenges:
Due to the nature of the site, all contractors were required to hold a valid EUSR National Water Hygiene card to meet strict hygiene and safety standards. Ensuring all operatives were properly trained and certified was essential for site access and project approval.
Our Solution:
We installed a fully boarded independent scaffold with the top lift fitted with brick guards to ensure safe working at height. The base lift was built as a walkthrough to maintain pedestrian access to the building and was fitted with foam sleeves for protection.
All operatives attending site held valid EUSR National Water Hygiene cards, allowing us to carry out the works safely, compliantly, and without delay.
