Residential Scaffold for Dormer & Roof Works on Bungalow

Scope of Works:

We were asked to put up a small scaffold at a residential bungalow to give roofers safe access for some roof works and a dormer refurbishment.

Our Solution:

While a lot of our work is on commercial sites, we also regularly take on smaller domestic jobs like this one.

For this project, we put up a single-lift independent scaffold along the roofline of the property. The working lift was fully boarded and fitted with brick guards for safety and foam sleeves were installed on all lower-level legs to protect residents.

The scaffold was installed quickly and cleanly with minimal disruption, allowing the works to proceed safely and efficiently.
