Scope of Works:
Erected internal scaffolding within an active bakery production area to provide safe access for replacement of ducting pipework.
Challenges:
Working in a live food production environment meant strict hygiene standards were essential to prevent contamination. Additionally, the project needed to be completed without causing any production downtime.
Our Solution:
We used clean, hygienic scaffolding equipment and materials specifically designed for food-safe environments. Our experienced team carefully planned the build to minimise disruption and strictly followed hygiene protocols throughout. The scaffold was successfully erected with zero impact on production schedules and no contamination risk, allowing the ducting replacement to proceed safely and efficiently.
